Michael Kim is a respected Professional Civil Engineer and have provided municipal engineering consultation for cities in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Mr. Kim has served as Public Works Director, City Engineer, and Community Development Director for various Cities. Mr. Kim has served the City of Brea as Engineering Consultant and as Planning Commissioner. At the request of the Brea City Council, Mr. Kim founded the Brea Korea Sister City Association.

Esther Im

Esther Im is the Founder and CEO of Willow Tree Academy and Willow Tree Education LLC (together with Willow Tree Academy, "Willow Tree"). With an extensive background and experience in early-development and primary education, Esther has dedicated a lifelong career in academics since 2002. Esther holds a BA from the University of California, Riverside and a MBA from the University of Redlands.

Jesse Cho

Jesse Cho is a Vice President/Board Member of Brea Korea Sister City since 2016. She is a full time Vice President/Portfolio Banker at Farmers Merchants Bank in Garden Grove while serving on various non-profit community organizations. She is a Youth Advisor for Korea American Federation of Orange County (KAFOC), an active committee member for Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County (KACCOC), and a Paul Harris Fellow Rotarian. But Jesse’s favorite time is when spent with her daughters, Starry & River, and her husband, Johnny.

Serving as a Treasurer, I have been involved with Brea Korea Sister City Association since 2011. It is a great honor to be a part of wonderful organization such as BKSCA who has become a bridge between Brea and the sister city from Korea. Graduated from UCLA with BS in Math Systems Science, I am currently working as a Broker Associate in the Real Estate Industry.

As resident of Brea, Ho-El serves as a director and legal advisor to BKSCA. He is the owner/president of the Law Office of Ho-El Park, P.C. where he represents and counsels various business and real estate owners with transactional and litigation services. He is also active in the local community where he serves as a director of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, advisory board member / past president of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association, and has been recently appointed to serve in the Asia Pacific Community Advisory Council for U.S. Congressman Ed Royce.
